Return & Refund Policy

30-day return and guarantee window

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return or make a claim under the SCARVAGE 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility

For a standard return, the item should be unused, unopened, complete, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. If the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or you are requesting review under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee after trying the product, contact us with your order number and details about the issue. We may request photographs, packaging information, or the remaining product so we can evaluate the request.

How to request a return

Email Support@scarvage.com before sending anything back. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item is confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return results from our error, return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will explain the available arrangement when the request is approved.

Exceptions

Gift cards, digital products, final-sale items, and opened or used consumable products outside an approved guarantee, damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim may not be returnable except where required by law.

Refunds

After an approved return or guarantee claim is reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process an approved refund within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact Support@scarvage.com.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Subscription cancellation applies to future renewals. If a renewal has already been charged or entered processing, any return or refund for that shipment is handled under this policy.
