Shipping & Delivery

SCARVAGE currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Order processing

We aim to process confirmed orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, Express delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Shipping rates

Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $35.00 or more receive free Express shipping. Orders from $0.01 to $34.99 are charged $5.00 for Express shipping. The final available rate is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take additional time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address responsibility

Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has begun.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if your parcel has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
